For getting more and accurate information about Fukushima nuclear disaster

If you read German or, in the least, English, I sincerely recommend you to visit German media's sites, rather than Japanese ones.

For instance:
There you can get quite more and accurate information with sound comments, analysis and, in many cases, illustrations rendering them easy to understand. In case you read only English, you can still read their articles in it by using translation tools provided by many sites.

Furthermore, the following site of IRSN, a French public agency for the nuclear protection and security, is also worth to be visited,  as it provides English pages and some useful reports upon Fukushima nuclear disaster.
And,  by any chance, if you read French, then I would suggest you to visit the site of ASN, also a French public agency for the nuclear security, which provides even a special site for the Fukushima related topics. (Anyway, you can always read them by translating in English, if interested.)
You can get some idea of the quite advanced monitoring system for the effects of nuclear power generation on the environment enforced by the French government, by giving a glance at the site of Réseau National de mesures de la radioactivité de l'environment(National Network of Environmental Radioactivity Monitoring), where you can get access interactively to the results of a large series of measurements carried on continuously at more than 90,000 points across the whole country, covering air, foods, water and environment, something similar to which may never be to expect in Japan.
Indeed, both obviously anxious to conceal every troublesome fact from the population so long as possible, the incapacity or the unwillingness of TEPCO*1) and the government of this allegedly civilized country to deliver on time the vital information in case of serious emergency, has been revealed again by their astonishingly shabby and irresponsible attitudes as to reporting the power failure which occurred recently at Fukushima 1st NPP.  This incident, stopping for many hours the cooling units of its spent nuclear fuel storage pools, capable of inducing further disasters, was communicated to the public only hours after its occurrence. I have even the clear feeling that now Japan has been put practically under an information control as to what is going on really in Fukushima, particularly in the contaminated regions. Needless to say that such an information control, which can hardly be enforced in any of the modernized countries, only benefits above all TEPCO, deputies, in most cases, those belonging to the ruling party, bureaucrats, academics, heavy industrial companies and all others profiting from the nuclear power industry of Japan, including of course their American counterparts.
