Personally, as Japanese, I quite agree with this statement describing adequately the actual state of the government of this country. And I'm confident that it will continue to be always so, regardless how many prime ministers will appear and disappear one after another, which will never change Japan, a country and a nation remaining pre-modern in its mind and soul everlastingly.
