自民党の日本国憲法改正草案の第3章第24条によれば，「家族は，社会の自然かつ基礎的な単位として，尊重される．家族は，互いに助け合わなければならない．」のだそうです．家族内で何か問題があったら，(国に頼らず,)家族同士でどうにか解決してくれということなのでしょうね．
