国民性と言ってしまえば，それまでなのですが，私たち日本人は，いつまで経っても地縁血縁でしか他者との関係が築けない，個人と個人が理念や価値観を共有したことを告げ合って関係を築くことができないようです．地域共同体や多世代家族が崩壊した現在，日本人一人一人がムラ化してしまったと言ってよいのではないかと思います．【絆】と言う言葉には，まさに，そうした地縁血縁で築かれた共同体幻想を生み出す効果がありました．しかし，欧米のように理念や価値観に基づく共同体内部の他者に対する能動的な係わりを示す【連帯】と言う言葉は使われることはありません．【絆】と言う言葉によって表される村落共同体，あるいは講中と言った組織は，所属する氏子，あるいは講員は，皆，等しく氏神や氏神が支配する自然からの恩恵を独占的に享受するものです．東日本大震災の際に，さかんに【絆】と言う言葉が唱えられたのは，除染や復興のために提供される莫大な額のお金を享受したいと言う他地域の人々，または企業の願いがあったためなのです．まさに甘えの構造以外の何物でもありません．自らが被るべき恩恵が被れなくなると，あるいはそうなる恐れがあると，それを阻むものを排斥したり，排除しようとしますが，それが日本における差別の動機です．
